We ship via multiple locations in the UK, the corresponding delivery time will be displayed on the product pages, as each will defer slightly depending on their weight and dimensions. Warehouse dispatch cut-off for the day will be displayed on the product page, then it will take up to 1 day to dispatch your purchase.

Free shipping is available for all products using any of the methods stated above! However, if an order has values below £30, we do charge a fee of £3.00 for delivery.
You will be sent a personal tracking link from the fulfilment service provider to the email address provided, make sure the address is accurate and up-to-date.
For large items fulfilled with the UK pallet network, the delivery would be to your kerbside, arriving on a pallet. Where a tail-lift will take the pallet off of the vehicle and to the property boundary as a minimum service level, but often drivers will exceed these boundaries and do as much as they can to please the recipient. Most of the time the drivers will take the pallets away from the delivery point, but this is at their own discretion. For a smoother experience, we offer a white glove, two-person service that will deliver your purchase to a room of choice and dispose of the packaging, at an additional cost which would be paid to the workers.
Return policy
Return Policy: You are free to request a return within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be refunded within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Cost: If the return is quality related, we will cover the shipping cost. If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. No restocking fee will be charged.
Order Tracking: Track your order status by logging into your account or using the order tracker with your order number and email address.
